Traffic Authority was re-launched in August 2015 from its previous name Infinite Leverage System. Previously, I gave Infinite Leverage System a bad review because I felt it was an overpriced and low quality service provider that was being hyped up and promoted by affiliates for its lucrative profit potential. So what have changed since it’s relaunched as Traffic Authority?

Traffic Authority Review
Perhaps you have heard of CPC Brokers. Back when Empower Network was the rage in the online home business scene, top affiliates in Empower Network were recommending their down line to buy traffic from CPC Broker. Then in 2014, the founders of CPC Brokers beta launched Infinite Leverage System, with many familiar big wig top affiliates in Empower Network promoting the beta launch.
Other than changing the name of its Click Brilliance Service to Traffic Optimizer and adding another monthly recurring training product call Traffic Academy, little has changed when Infinite Leverage System re-branded as Traffic Authority in August 2015. The main business of Traffic Authority is still the selling of Solo Ad Traffic packages.
I am surprised to see Vincent Ortega Jr, co-founder of Internet Lifestyle Network promoting Traffic Authority.
Before I continue, please note my stance about Traffic Authority. Again we have the same crowd of affiliates that almost always promote crappy products just because it is lucrative now promoting Traffic Authority. It is hard not to be biased here and I do apologies ahead for my sarcastic tone.
Traffic Authority Reseller License
By paying $20 a month, you get to partake in the compensation plan for selling the below mentioned Traffic Authority products. The compensation plan is a MLM styled type compensation very similar to that of Empower Network. You will have to give up 50% of your first 5 sales commissions, then after 20% of your 6 onward sales commissions to the person who referred you to Traffic Authority. Seems unfair to me but I can totally see those big wig top affiliates loving this.
Another thing to note is that you must buy the Traffic Authority products yourself in order to qualify and earn commissions on your product sales. If you do not own the product, you can only earn commission after your third sale of that product. Basically a fear of lose type commission structure that “encourages” affiliates to purchase products, even when they do not really need it.
- Customizable Email Capture Page Builder
- Link Tracker & Rotator
- Split Testing
- Pop-ups and Timers and Exit Pages
The Traffic Optimizer membership is the same traffic tracking, conversion tools like its previously named Click Brilliance. No doubt the tools provided can be useful when you have traffic coming to your sites. However, they are pretty much for show if you have no traffic.
No worries, you can always buy traffic from Traffic Authority (pun intended).
It is really a brilliant marketing strategy. First, you make your members purchase a $47 per month membership to access online tools that is essentially useless without traffic, just so they can buy traffic packages from you afterwards. Never mind the fact that most of the tools you provide have better cheaper or free alternatives elsewhere.
Note: Traffic Optimizer membership cost $27 each month and it is also compulsory to purchase it with the Reseller license which will cost an additional $20 every month.
After spending $47 on my credit card, why am I ask to pay an additional $97 for Traffic Academy?
Ok it says in the sales video: “in depth traffic training… learn million dollar traffic secrets from our own 7 and 8 figure online marketers… Live training from Traffic Expert that usually cost thousand of dollars… When you complete the training you will become a Certified Traffic Authority and other marketers will be STANDING IN LINE TO PAY YOU TOP DOLLARS FOR YOUR EXPERTISE… And now for $97 per month you get everything in Traffic Academy.”
Ok, I was a bit psyched about it so I went ahead and paid for this. It came with a 30 day money back guarantee so I figure I was pretty safe.
2 hours later…
As I watch some of this so called training webinars, I really felt I just paid $97 per month just so some smooth charismatic talker can convince me to get my credit card ready and go buy the highest traffic package from Traffic Authority. Or having some so called traffic experts trying to further up sell their own training courses.
I know I have not even get into the main business of the company but the hype thus far is enough to make me want to discredit the company. I really wonder if people are buying/promoting Traffic Academy because of the training or are they doing it as an excuse to earn more monthly recurring commissions.
I just hope the 30 day money back guarantee really works.
Note: Traffic Academy membership cost $97 each month and it is compulsory to purchase it together with the Traffic Optimiser membership ($27 each month) and the Reseller License ($20 each month).
Traffic Store (Why are the traffic packages so expensive?)
The main business of Traffic Authority is definitely the selling of traffic. Which is a good business to be in as there is a huge demand for quality traffic that can convert to business. Coupled with the potential to earn high commission on such a high demand product like traffic, I can totally see Traffic Authority being very attractive and highly promoted in the make money online market.
…despite the high price tags of its traffic packages.
Which is really worrying. People who buy the expensive traffic package from Traffic Authority are mostly resellers of Traffic Authority. They will be “educated” by the company and the big wig resellers to send their purchased traffic through the Traffic Authority sales funnel thinking they will get positive return on their investment by doing so.
However, most beginner resellers will most likely lose money simply because the steep set up price and traffic packages being so expensive.
See price list below:
The cheapest traffic package starts at $220 for 170 to 190 clicks (same price as when they were operating as CPC Brokers). That is roughly $1.10 per click for a prospect to view your capture page. Let’s do the maths here: If you spent $200 to get about 200 visitors to see your offer (nevermind about duplicate and fraudulent clicks being common in solo ads), realistically how many of this visitors will actually convert to sales? Can you break even from your initial investment of $364? Should you buy even more traffic from Traffic Authority if you fail to break even?
Sadly you won’t have answers to these questions since you only know that the traffic source are US based traffic from solo ad providers that are roughly targeted at the home business niche. Which tells you nothing. Little else is known about the demographics of the traffic sources. In my experience, buying solo ads with this little information is like running around blind, depending on luck and just hoping you will get a sale from their traffic.
Note: There is NO 30 day money back guarantee on Traffic Packages bought. Good Luck??
The Reality with Solo Ads Traffic
Let’s cut through the hype. No traffic provider will ever guarantee you sales from their traffic. Traffic Authority can boast about how their traffic have the most responsive, best converting and buying rates in the industry but it is really just hype and sales pitch. Ultimately, they are just responsible for the delivery of the traffic that is being paid by you.
They don’t even own the traffic. Traffic Authority pre-buys traffic in big discounted bulks from solo ad providers and then sells it to you at retail prices, and profits from difference. It is expensive not because it is the best quality solo ad traffic, but rather you have to pay for broker fees as well.
Is Traffic Authority a Scam?
Selling hype up traffic packages is definitely not a scam. Misleading? Yes, but most definitely not a scam.
Lastly, here is my observation on the big wig affiliates you will see on the leader board of Traffic Authority. Most bad but popular companies I have reviewed, I always see the same affiliates and their big earnings. It is the same with Traffic Authority. These people have their own following and big list to bring in big volumes in sales inside Traffic Authority. I believe it is a mistake to think that their impressive earning is solely the direct result of them buying traffic from Traffic Authority.
26 Oct 2015 – Afterthought: Is the Traffic Authority Business Model Sustainable?
Recently, I attended a webinar invitation that is promoting Traffic Authority. No, I did not know they were going to promote the mentioned company prior to attending the webinar but I was glad they mentioned it early in the webinar (so I could exit early).
There were a lot of hype in the webinar about finally a sustainable growth business with Traffic Authority. This got me thinking about why ponzi schemes fail. It has to do with fulfilling promises. Generally, it is the promise of greater monetary returns (under a guise of a fictitious investment) which attracts people to join such schemes.
The scheme than grows quickly as more and more people get lured in by the promise of greater return on their investment and the growth reaches critical point and collapse as the mastermind is unable to continue paying out the promise of higher returns to new people joining into the scheme.
It could be the same with Traffic Authority as it simply cannot continue to fulfill its promise of providing the best converting traffic source to all its new re sellers.
